Alternative Format Textbook (AFT) Agreement

1. You may only request AFT if you have been approved for this accommodation.
2. You must be registered for the course you are requesting Alternative Text.
3. You must have purchased a print copy of the book and present it along with the receipt when submitting the book request.

No alternative text will be distributed until you have signed the Student Alternative Text Contract. If you have questions about the contract, please contact resourcehub@lafayette.edu.
