No appointments when I search

  1. On the search results screen, click the button labeled, “Report Unable to find Appointment”
  2. In the “what were you looking for” box, tell us a bit about what type of support you would like, and what you have for availability.
  3. Click “submit” to submit your report, this sends a message to the Academic Resource Hub.
  4. You should receive a response from a Hub staff member within 1-2 days.

If you aren’t able to use the search function, or you haven’t heard back about a submitted report, please feel free to contact the Hub at resourcehub@lafayette.edu.

Why aren't all my courses listed when I "Select a subject"?

Only the courses that have identified support will be available for selection. Typically, these are courses that the faculty would prefer students work directly with them.  Email resourcehub@lafayette.edu if you want to request support for this type of course.  In the meantime, students should work directly with the faculty until a support option can be found.

What if I have trouble accessing or using TracCloud?

Email help@lafayette.edu if you are not able to access the application.  Contact resourcehub@lafayette.edu with questions specific to navigating and using TracCloud.

Cancel an appointment in TracCloud

Cancelling an appointment is easy!

  1. Find the appointment in your Upcoming Appointments widget,
  2. Click the grey “x” in the upper-right corner of the appointment.
  3. Confirm the cancellation with a short note.

I'm a student employee. Does that change how I use TracCloud?

If you work for one of the Academic Resource Hub or are a Peer Mentor for Athletics, then you’ll have both a “student” profile and a “staff” profile.

  • The student profile will function exactly as this FAQ has described thus far.
  • Your staff worker profile will function differently; your program director or supervisor should provide you with training and support about how to use TracCloud as a staff member for their office.

To switch between your staff profile and your student profile:

  • Student-to-Staff: click “Switch to Staff profile” at the top of your dashboard.
  • Staff-to-Student: click the tab labeled “other”, then click “Switch to Student profile”

Be sure to use your student profile for scheduling your appointments. Scheduling student appointments from your staff profile may introduce booking errors.

What do the different colors mean in the search?

  • The search results are color-coded:
    • yellow represents ‘group’ sessions, one than one person can book appointment slot
    • green represents ‘one-on-one’ sessions, only one person can book appointment slot
    • blue represents ‘drop-in’ times, no appointment needed just show up
